There is a board game that I highly recommend getting. It's called Battle of the Sexes.
To put it simply, the point of the game is to test how much you know about the opposite sex. The questions would be easy if a female was answering female based questions, but they become much more difficult when a female has to answer male questions or males have to answer female questions.
The game is created for 2 or more players, ages 12 and up. It can be a great game for a group of couples or just a group of male/female friends. The first person or team to move all 4 of their pawns across the board wins the game.
It is the ultimate game to determine who is the superior sex.

Follow the Leader...
In almost every class, regardless of whether it is elementary, middle school, high school, or college, there is some type of group work. For as long as I can remember, every time I've been put into a group, I've become the leader. Some of the classes we actually had to assign a leader, and in some classes it was an unspoken agreement. I have never failed as a leader. I've never had any complaints against me.
Women should be in charge more often.
Studies are showing that women have more effective leadership skills. Women are better at reading facial signs to determine how their message it coming across to the rest of the group. They are more intuitive.
The best bosses/leaders are ones who are inspirational and encouraging. Sorry, guys, but those characteristics are more commonly associated with women. A teaching style of leadership is the most effective. Men usually use more of a "punishments for bad jobs, rewards for good jobs" approach. It is just not as effective.
Women are also less motivated by self-interest, they are more motivated by what they can do for the company they are working for. This also makes companies want to hire, or more-so, keep around, their female employees.

See you in heaven...
in about 5 years!
In 2004, a study was done to determine the live-span of men versus women. Women, on average, lived 5.2 years longer than men. This can be for a number of reasons.
1. If a man has a heart attack or any other cardiovascular disease, he usually develops it in his 50s or 60s. Women, on the other hand, due to an iron-deficiency, on average do not develop these problems until their 70s or 80s!
2. Men are more likely to participate in dangerous, risky, and violent behavior. Men are in car accidents more often and more homicides involve men.
3. According to a TIME magazine article, men smoke more, have diets that lead to high cholesterol, and are worse at dealing with stress.
4. Women also have an evolutionary drive to pass on their genes. Also in this, women are more likely to have a need to stay healthier to bear children.
Whatever the reason is, women live longer than men. Sorry guys, but women are not only better at things now, but they will be for years after you pass on.

Scratchin' Them off the To-Do List...
When I need to do a bunch of different things all in one day, I do the obvious thing: create a to-do list. Sometimes its helpful...sometimes its annoying. I love when I can do multiple things at one time. Kill two birds with one stone. Not literally, of course...though I do hate birds.
Multi-tasking is something women have to do everyday. Mothers have to be able to do household work while taking care of their children. Men have a tendency to follow one job until it is completed, while women can do multiple things and accomplish more in less time. Of course, women sometimes use this skill for the worse (applying make-up while driving...), but it is still a very nice skill to possess.
Women are betting at multi-tasking. On a site about gender studies, it says that women actually use more parts of their brains when given a wide variety of tasks. Women have a larger corpus collossum, which deals with communication in the brain. The two hemispheres of the brain communicate better because of the large size.
There you have it. Women are better at doing more than one thing at a time. And they can do it better. Of course, that part is just my opinion.

What's your name again?
Every once in a while, I ask my boyfriend a question. It's always the same question.
"When is my birthday?"
Now, at first, he never knew when my birthday was. He would usually get the month right. However, he'd give a date that was actually just a few days before or a few days after.
This is always turned right back on me. But I know his birthday. I've known his birthday since the first time he told me his birthday.
Women are better at remembering things. I'm not just saying that based off of my birthday example. According to an article on USA Today, women are better at remembering emotional-type things and even autobiographical type things. This means that when a couple gets in a fight, women are more likely to remember the details (and hence hold the grudge).
The actual underlying mechanisms for why women can remember things more than men are unknown. However, hormones can have an effect on memory. For example, estrogen enhancements improve long-term memory. Obviously, women have plenty of estrogen.
To put it all simply, women are better at remembering pictures, words, objects, and everyday events.
And just so everyone knows, my boyfriend now knows my birthday without hesitation. They can be taught ;-)

Driving me crazy...
Some of my male friends are hardcore fans of the phrase, "women drivers, no survivors."
I, on the other hand, do not agree. I've personally never been in a car accident. My mother would actually sleep in the car while I was driving, which she would NEVER do with my older brother.
Women, on average, pay less for their car insurance. Males tend to be a little more daring while they drive; they drive a little faster, take more sudden turns, and multitask like crazy. My boyfriend typically drives with his knee...which most females would never do (based somewhat on the fact that it is more difficult for us with our height differences).
According to an article on insurance.com, men are even more likely to die in car accidents than women. They also tend to break the law more...and speeding/wreckless driving are both breaking the law. To put it simply, women are just better drivers.
Now, if you continue reading that article, you'll notice that it starts up with some statistics of the number of aggressive women drivers increasing. That may be true. Someday, women might turn out to fall below men on the driving records. But for now, women still win. Sorry, guys.

P.S. The main guy friend who loves the phrase, "women drivers, no survivors", had a rude awakening. After continually making fun of me and other female friends, he was driving to school and as he pulled into the parking lot, he hit another guy's car. Very lightly. And his bumper fell off. Karma.
