Follow the Leader...

In almost every class, regardless of whether it is elementary, middle school, high school, or college, there is some type of group work. For as long as I can remember, every time I've been put into a group, I've become the leader. Some of the classes we actually had to assign a leader, and in some classes it was an unspoken agreement. I have never failed as a leader. I've never had any complaints against me.

Women should be in charge more often.

Studies are showing that women have more effective leadership skills. Women are better at reading facial signs to determine how their message it coming across to the rest of the group. They are more intuitive.

The best bosses/leaders are ones who are inspirational and encouraging. Sorry, guys, but those characteristics are more commonly associated with women. A teaching style of leadership is the most effective. Men usually use more of a "punishments for bad jobs, rewards for good jobs" approach. It is just not as effective.

Women are also less motivated by self-interest, they are more motivated by what they can do for the company they are working for. This also makes companies want to hire, or more-so, keep around, their female employees.
