Guy Try

Well, I am a very fair person. Therefore, every week I plan on having "Guy Try of the Week." This will consist of me explaining an argument most males would use for something that makes them better. I won't leave anything out; girl scouts honor. (I really did used to be a girl scout, promise!)

Of course, then I will come back with my own side of it.

For my first week, I will do something that most men always say when it comes to why men are better. Pregnancy. It cannot be denied; women can get pregnant and men never have to deal with that risk. Yes, they have to deal with the risk of their girlfriend or wife getting pregnant. However, they don't have to deal with the pain and weight gain that comes with pregnancy.

There is an intense amount of pain that comes with giving birth. Women have to deal with a baby coming out of a place that, well, is not the size of a baby. There is nine months full of aches and the unpreventable pounds added to undesirable places.

I guess I'll give this one to the guys.

Wait.

While women do gain a lot of weight while they are pregnant, they have an excuse for it. Men do not have a reason for their beer bellies other than the fact of drinking too much beer and exercising too little. When a woman is pregnant, if she craves something, she can eat it. Want to eat peanut butter straight out of the jar? Go for it, you're pregnant. Another great thing is that the woman is straight-up catered. "Oh, you want that jar of peanut butter on the highest shelf? I'll get it for you, since you're pregnant." A girl can mention to her boyfriend that he is gaining weight and needs to go to the gym...if a girl is pregnant, she CAN'T go to the gym. It might hurt the baby.

And the pain that comes with giving birth? It just proves how strong a woman is. No man will every go through that pain. It could be the worst pain in the entire world; men will never know. Women are beasts (in a good way).

My favorite part? When pregnant, women get an overload of estrogen. Which means an intense amount of moodiness and emotional outbursts. Even if a woman is not feeling extra moody...get this...SHE CAN FAKE IT! Being pregnant is an excuse to let out all of your frustrations. The woman will also not get yelled at...I mean, come on, she's pregnant...she's emotional...

Sorry, guys.
